SceneOnTV: I'm a film student by day and a student leader by night. On the side I am currently working as a TV background artist. Right now that part of my life consists of non-speaking roles...lot of non-speaking roles. I originally started out as a TV background artist for fun, and to attain "behind the scenes" production experience. I am juggling a busy life of 19 units and tons of school commitment. However, none of that discourages me to quit my day job. I've had lots of memorable moments on set. I have been an unseen face among hundreds and I have also had my moment in the spotlight. I have created this blog to share my journey as a non-union background artist trying to navigate my way through the real life backdrop of Hollywood and finding out where I fit.
